“Stars in the Haze” is a wonderful short film by Joshua Frank about the 2012 BRAF Grantee Project FLOAT Beijing. FLOAT was a participatory art/design project using air-quality-sensing kites in Beijing, China. FLOAT had two components; a workshop and a public installation.
