The City of Fernley and the Black Rock Arts Foundation would appreciate your participation in a short survey about the new public art projects in Fernley, Nevada. This survey will ask you a few brief questions about your opinion on public art and the project.

This project was funded by the National Endowment of the Arts (N.E.A.) which requires a report of feedback from the art project’s community members. But, aside from this necessary report, we’d love to hear about your experience with this project
